"Very pleasant location, right by a lake. Nice patio. Service was friendly but order taking not super efficient (order delivery was fast, on the other hand). Food was good but quite common, nothing to write home about. I would go 3 stars but for one detail: this is the first place I have been in the area that has quite a few Schneider Weisse beers on tap."

"Loved this café. Right next to the Rubbenbruchsee, but unlike most cafés, no flies, wasps or bees to upset your drinks / meals. Lovely food and drink and so relaxing. Would definitely recommend."

"We came on Tuesday, so the kitchen wasn't open. For us it was fine, we just had delicious aperol spritz and went to another place for food. The place is really amazing, beautiful, and peaceful. We will definitely come back for food and atmosphere."

"The restaurant is in front of the beautiful lake. The food was fresh and very delicious. The atmosphere of the cafe is really cozy and good. Waiters/waitress were very kind :D Must try the vegan curry as well!"

"If only the prices could be a little less expensive but I suppose overheads must be high. An absolutely fantastic location for a cool beer or indeed a post walk coffee. A gentle stroll around the See would take around 40 minutes and is very enjoyable. The cafe itself delivered tasty food and an excellent coffee. I would recommend this place."
